clASSified of the Weak: Mercedes-Benz der Weg

Woodn't it be nice...

Practicality, durability, luxury, economy. Mercedes-Benz’ W124 fit many shoes. Even today, decades after its release, its fans still laud it as a reliable, tough as nails hauler that refuses to die. But there’s one shoe it never wore. Maybe it’s less of a shoe and more of a safety boot. But fear not, out of Plano Texas comes a radical customization that answers the question you didn’t know you needed to ask: Why wasn’t there an El Camino version of the W124?

Described as ‘basically a brand new car,’ this 300D sedan has been converted into a ute by an unknown customizer. Despite a claimed 2,000 miles on the odometer, the seller says they’ve loved the car for years now. The tires are good too.
